Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Art Paper Scissors, we carefully plan supplies, staffing, and studio space for every class, camp, party, and event. Because of this, all cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
By registering for any class, camp, party, or event, families acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.
Classes, Camps, and Events
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the start date will receive a refund minus a 10% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund. A studio credit minus the 10% cancellation fee will be issued that can be used toward a future class, camp, or event.
Birthday Parties & Private Events
Birthday parties and private events require full payment at the time of booking.
If a party or private event is canceled 30 days or more before the event, the payment will be refunded minus a 10% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are not eligible for a refund. A studio credit minus the 10% cancellation fee will be issued that can be used toward a future event or class.
No-Shows
If a student does not attend a scheduled class, camp day, party, or event without notifying us in advance, it is considered a no-show, and no refund or credit will be issued.
If advance notice is provided that a student will not be attending, we may be able to issue studio credit for a future program, at our discretion.
Transfers
Registrations may be transferred to another available class, camp, or date if requested in advance and if space is available.
