This powerful & fun combination of kids' yoga & hands-on nutrition is designed to support your child’s steps forward in:
- Healthy & balanced eating
- Positive relationships with food
- Emotional regulation
- Mindfulness
- Creativity
- Self-confidence
- Sports performance
- Academic achievement.
Unique from other yoga practices, our classes focus on our Creator and Lord for our true power source and meditate on His words and endless love for us!
Students will need to bring a yoga mat and wear clothes appropriate for yoga.

1st summer 4-week program: Mondays and Wednesdays, June 15 - July 8th
2nd summer 4-week program: Mondays and Wednesdays, July 13th - August 5th
Class Ages: 7-11 years
Class Time: 4:00-5:00PM
